They have always spent as much time as needed explaining what they do and the processes involved to complete the job. This is important to my Dad and I as we are car guys. Dropped off a bent rim for my wife's car. They said it would be a couple days. The rim was repaired the next day. No vibration and it looks like new! I could not find the damaged area that was repaired. We will use this company again. Top rate service. Don't go anywhere else, Take your rims to these guys, they fix it right.
I dropped my car off with two bent wheels, one had an inner bead crack and the second wheel had two after hitting a nasty pot hole, both wheels were repaired within 24hrs, and been great since, no sign of leaking air and the welds look amazing, no vibrations at speeds, thank you very much!
These guys work Magic. I took my 2019 Challenger WideBody their to fix scraps on the rims. The WideBody Challengers use Demon rims and have a hard to match powder coat. These guys matched it perfectly and the scrape marks disappeared. QuestRim fixes the problem and in record time. Kudos to them. I highly Recommend them for all your rim work.

I came here for an insurance claim for curb rash. There was a little bit of difficulty resolving the claim, but I didn't have to deal with any of it. Quest handled all the paperwork side of it. I just dropped off my car, with all four rims looking terrible on my Volvo S60. I came back less than a week later to pick it up, and my car looked brand new! I wish I had taken before pictures. The price even without insurance was actually very reasonable. I'll be glad to come back again if the time comes. Photos are from a week after service.

I had dented 2 of my 22” Forgiato rims & I was afraid I had to purchase 2 replacement’s, as i searched & searched for a business that could remedy my problem to NO AVAIL!!! ….until I found “Quest Rim” …i didn’t need an appointment, and i made the 30 minute trip from Akron to Brookpark to drop the rims off. My service agent was very articulate in what i could expect & Quest Rim delivered & exceeded my expectations. they repair dents, and they repair cracks & they did an excellent job cosmetically. I wouldn’t just reference them for bent rim repair …i’d let anyone know that they are the ONLY business that specializes in restoring bent/dented rims anywhere in or near Akron. They were very affordable, and proactive in keeping me updated regarding progress. In 3 days i picked up BOTH rims & they literally saved me around $4500 in replacements. If you have a dented rim, DO NOT go out and replace the rim until you consult with Quest Rim!!!! I’m so happy I did!!
I had a wheel that was bent & unfortunately had been discontinued. I luckily found QuestRim. They saved me from having to purchase 4 new wheels! I dropped it off on a Friday & was fixed on Monday! Efficient & friendly. Definitely recommend!
